Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner Bring Their PDA Tour Courtside

When Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev faced off in the men’s final at the US Open this past weekend, well-known actors were placed in the see-and-be-seen seats and urged to ooh and aah until someone (Djokovic) won.

Kylie Jenner had to scratch the back of Timothée Chalamet’s head like a nervous sighthound because he was so tense. Jenner and Chalamet’s romance was initially mentioned in tabloids in April.

They allegedly met through the fashion designer Haider Ackermann, and their relationship was made public after they were caught on camera kissing at a Beyoncé concert. A psychological rupture has occurred in the Chalamet standom as a result of the unusual pairing.

If you’re feeling upset by the video, it’s okay, one fan account wrote on Instagram. However, remember to look after yourself. Spend a few days stepping away from social media. The concept of Elio (Chalamet’s delicate, soulful, and wholly fictitious character in Call Me By Your Name) falling for a reality TV star seems to have disappointed some people. But like many other newlyweds before them, the couple is starting to communicate their union through their wardrobe.

AKA wearing identical rectangular sunglasses and seated side by side in the VIP box at the back. The easiest way to interpret Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s costumes is as a touch-free PDA: a method to very literally wear each other in public, even though they haven’t quite reached Kravis levels of statement-making.

The couple made their relationship official at Beyoncé’s Los Angeles concert, but just two days earlier, they appeared together at the US Open. The couple went to a private New York Fashion Week event thrown by Haider Ackermann, where, according to Vogue, their presence caused a “buzz” in the room.

They were seated to the left of the fashion designer, whose work Timothée has long admired and who also dressed Kylie for this year’s Met Gala (as part of his couture line for Jean Paul Gaultier).
