According to the company, many regular Crocs consumers have requested the footwear, which will be available for purchase on October 23.
Crocs have rarely progressed much above the ankle, despite everything they have conquered. However, that will alter this month when the shoe brand introduces its own cowboy boot.
The boot, according to the description, is “adorned with distinctive metallic Jibbitz charms and a first-of-its-kind spin-able spur charm attached to the backstrap of the shoe,” and it has a high shine, croc-embossed texture and bold stitching with a western theme.
The business continued, saying: Duke, the adored crocodile mascot of Crocs, has taken a turn for the country with his very own cowboy hat on the rivet detail of the brand’s classic black and white emblem.
It said that regular Crocs wearers had made numerous requests for the design. For a limited while, the boot will be offered for $120 (£98) on the company’s website and at select Crocs retail locations starting on October 23.
David Hockney was seen dining with Stormzy, Post Malone, and the new king while sporting Crocs and a Savile Row suit on his feet. They were widely regarded as a necessary piece of workwear even before that. One store last year labelled black Crocs with a faux fur lining a bestseller.
According to the corporation, sales in the quarter that ended on September 30, 2022, were close to $1 billion (£820 million).
