The winning numbers have been selected for the rumoured $1.1 billion Mega Millions jackpot, which would be one of the biggest payouts in lottery history.
The numbers are 8, 24, 30, 45, and 61, and there is a gold 12-point Mega Ball.
According to the lottery, if won, the jackpot could be the fourth-largest payout in Mega Millions history.
According to Mega Millions, a grand prize winner might elect to receive a single sum payment of around $550.2 million or distribute the reward over 29 years in yearly installments.
After no ticket matched all six numbers that were drawn on Friday night, the prize increased to almost $1 billion. According to Mega Millions, Tuesday’s drawing will mark the 30th since the jackpot was last claimed in New York on April 18.

Despite no one winning the jackpot on Friday, there were still several substantial winners. By matching the first five numbers and turning on the optional Megaplier, which is available in most states for an additional $1 purchase, one Pennsylvania ticket that was sold won $5 million.
To win $1 million, four additional tickets purchased in Arizona, California, New York, and Pennsylvania had the first five numbers match.
The largest Mega Millions jackpot to date was won in South Carolina in 2018, totaling $1.537 billion. Following it are a $1.337 billion prize from last July and a $1.348 billion ticket that was sold in Maine in January.
Prior to the drawing on Tuesday night, a $1.05 billion jackpot won by a ticket purchased in Michigan in 2021 stands in fourth place on the Mega Millions list.
Following a Powerball ticket purchased at a convenience shop in Los Angeles matching all six numbers to win a reward of $1.08 billion, the third-largest Powerball jackpot, the big sum is up for grabs in Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing.
